組織架構 Organization

「台灣美術院」下設「研究發展中心」、「學術交流中心」、「教學推廣中心」、「文創產業中心」、「出版部」、和「展覽部」作為六大發展主軸：

• 研究發展中心：分為「創作組」與「理論組」。
• 學術交流中心：從事全球華人社會文化交流，並與國際間知名美術機構或團體建立合作伙伴關係。
• 教學推廣中心：從事美術高級人才的培育，並整合國際高等美術教育的資源。
• 文創產業中心：推展臺灣之文化創意產業，培訓人才、整合資源。
• 出版部：將以本院美術院士的研究成果，出版中英文著作與學術刊物。
• 展覽部：計劃成立展覽中心，2017年已成立台灣美術院藝術空間，中長程計劃成立文物藝術館或美術館等。典藏品之研究、文化創意產品之展銷等。舉辦專家學者之講座等。

TAFA has six major development axes, including the Research and Development Center, Academic Exchange Center, Education and Promotion Center, Cultural and Creative Industry Center, Publication Department and Exhibition Department.

• Research and Development Center: composed of the Creative Division and the Theoretical Division.
• Academic Exchange Center: dedicated to fostering cultural exchange across the global Chinese community and building strategic partnerships with prominent international art institutions and organizations.
• Education and Promotion Center: dedicated to nurturing advanced fine arts talent and integrating resources from leading international institutions in higher art education.
• Cultural and Creative Industry Center: dedicated to advancing Taiwan's cultural and creative industries, nurturing talent, and coordinating resources.
• Publications Department: dedicated to publishing scholarly works and academic journals in Chinese and English, drawing on the research achievements of the Academy's artists and scholars.
• Exhibitions Department: dedicated to establishing an Exhibition Center, with medium- and long-term plans to develop a Museum of Art or Cultural Relics. Taiwan Academy of Fine Arts Art Space, founded in 2017, marks the first step toward the long-term goal of establishing a dedicated Art Museum or Cultural Heritage Gallery. The department conducts research on collections, showcases and markets cultural and creative products, and organizes lectures by distinguished experts and scholars.
